Save Time With The Uninvoiced-Nonpackage Lessons Report

We’ve added a brand new report to Teachworks designed specifically for education companies that offer package lessons to their clients. The Uninvoiced-Nonpackage Lessons Report lists lessons that have not been added to an invoice and that do not have a matching package balance. This useful time-saver makes it quick and easy to identify clients that have lessons on the calendar but still need to be invoiced for a package.

For companies wanting to prevent scheduling lessons or display a warning if a student has no package lessons available, the Package Balance Validation Add-on is the ideal solution. However, in some situations, you may want to double-check that package invoices were created correctly, and that’s where the Uninvoiced-Nonpackage Lessons Report can save you a lot of time.

Who The Uninvoiced-Nonpackage Lessons Report Is For

• Package Providers: The report is a great time-saver for education companies that offer packages to their clients. It allows you to identify students who are actively taking lessons but haven’t been invoiced for a package yet. Using The Report

Where to find it

To access the report, you can go to Billing > Package Balances > Uninvoiced-Nonpackage Lessons (link in the sidebar).

Columns & Filters

The report includes columns for the date of the lesson, start time, lesson name, customer name (Independent Student or Family), student name (Independent Student or Child Student), service, cost (if applicable), and lesson status.

You can set the following filters to quickly find the information you need:

• Start & End dates
• Lesson statuses
• Sorting by Date/Time, Student, or Status as well as ascending or descending

Not Using Package Billing?

If your company doesn’t offer packages, and you would like to find uninvoiced lessons quickly, you can use the Lesson History by Student page to identify these lessons. Go to Calendar > Lesson History by Student, select the “Uninvoiced” filter, and click “Go”.
