New Add-on: Save Time With Preset Invoice Charges

Speeding up your invoicing process just got a lot easier with the Preset Invoice Charges Add-on. This new add-on makes it possible to create standard invoice charge items that can be easily selected and added to your invoices. Whether you’re generating a single invoice, or multiple invoices at once, this feature will help you save time and reduce billing errors.

Getting Started With Preset Invoice Charges

To get started with the Preset Invoice Charges Add-on, simply go to the Integrations & Add-ons page in your Teachworks account and click the “Enable” link for this add-on.

Once you’ve enabled the Preset Invoice Charges Add-on, you can add invoice charge items by following these easy steps:

1. Go to Billing > Invoices and click the “Preset Charges” link in the sidebar.
2. Click on “Add Preset Charge”.
3. Add a Title, Description, Quantity and Unit Price.
4. Save the form, or click the “Save & Add Another” button to add more preset charges.

Adding Preset Charges to Invoices

The Add-on can be used with all of the invoice creation tools in Teachworks including single invoices, multiple invoices and the Invoice Autopilot Add-on.

The process of adding preset charges to invoices is similar for all of the options above. For this post, let’s focus on a single invoice as an example.

1. Go to Billing > Create a Single Invoice
2. Select the “Add Charge” option and click on “Go”
3. Click the “Use Preset Charge” menu to select the relevant charge
   
   

4. The charge will be added to the invoice with the title, description, quantity and unit cost you’ve set.
