Bonus Website Booking Plugin Options
Our Website Booking plugin allows new and existing students to book lessons, join classes or enroll in courses right from your website. It comes with a range of customizable settings, such as button text and colour customization, where to display the plugin on your website and much more.

In addition to the core functionality supported by the plugin, we’ve also added a few more options based on feedback from our clients. These options can be enabled in your account on request, so please let us know if you’re interested!
1. Lesson Request Functionality
This option combines the functionality of the Lesson Requests Add-on with the Website Booking Plugin.
By default, the Website Booking Plugin will add new bookings as lessons to the calendar automatically. With this feature enabled, the booking will appear as a request and the admin will be able to accept, modify or decline the booking.
Once we’ve added the feature to your account, you will see a “Require Approval Before Scheduling” checkbox under the Website Booking Plugin settings.
2. Multiple Website Booking Plugin
With this option enabled in your account, you can create multiple Website Booking Plugins. This feature is useful for companies that want to keep website bookings separate for each of their locations. If you have different landing pages on your website for each location, you can configure a Website Booking plugin for each and add these to the relevant pages.
Once the feature has been enabled in your account, you will have access to a list page where you can view, edit and add Website Booking plugins.
3. Other Options
The features below don’t require any updates to your account, but you can follow the instructions on our Knowledge Base to use them for your business:
- Jump ahead to a specific date for lesson bookings and joining open classes – useful if you would like to display lessons starting at a specific date.
- Setting default search terms for Open Classes – useful if you would like to show only results for specific open classes based on a search term.
- Adjust the offset of the Edge Button – useful if you would like to adjust the positioning of the button on your website.
- Adding multiple buttons to the same page
The Website Booking Plugin is one of our most popular features and we have many enhancements planned to make it even better.
