Below we highlight some of our favourite integrations & add-ons for streamlining, automating, and growing your tuition center, music school, or test prep business.
Teachworks integrations are the features that connect your Teachworks account to external software and services. Teachworks’ available integrations include Stripe, QuickBooks, MailChimp, and Zapier. Although these integrations require you to have a subscription to the external resource, Teachworks doesn’t charge anything additional to use the integration in your Teachworks account.
Stripe: Stripe is one of the world’s leading payment processors. Teachworks’ Stripe Integration allows you to easily collect, save, and charge client credit cards to reduce the time you spend processing payments. Easily charge cards on behalf of clients or add a button to your invoices so clients can make payments online.
QuickBooks: QuickBooks is one of the most used accounting software programs in the world. The QuickBooks Integration allows you to easily sync customers, invoices, payments, services, and credit notes to QuickBooks accounting software so you don’t need to worry about manually transferring your data.
Zapier: Zapier is an intuitively designed task automation software program that allows you to easily connect independent applications without having to write any code or develop custom software. With the Zapier Integration you can easily connect your Teachworks account to over 1500 applications that include Xero, SalesForce, JotForm, PayPal, Square, and many, many more.

Add-Ons For Enhancing Your Website
Website Booking Plugin: The Website Booking Plugin offers a simple solution for allowing students to book lessons online through your website. New students can register with your business, returning students can login to their account before booking lessons, and you can cut back on lesson cancellations and no-shows by charging students up front when they schedule their lessons.
Inquiry Form: The Inquiry Form Add-On allows you to easily set-up a form on your website so potential clients and employees can reach out to your business. Once you’ve customized your form you can easily add it to your website by copying the form URL and pasting it into your webpage’s HTML wherever you want your form to appear.

Bulk Invoice Payments: If you use the Stripe Integration to charge client credit cards that have been saved in Stripe, you can do it in bulk by performing bulk invoice payments. Save time by charging all approved invoices at once and cut back on time spent collecting payments.

Schedule Confirmation Add-On: The Schedule Confirmation Add-On automatically creates a list of lessons within a date range and emails the list to clients for confirmation of their lessons.
