This add-on lets you add a line of code to your website to showcase your teachers and staff. The feature is highly customizable, so you can choose which employees to include as well as what information to display. The add-on uses the information recorded on employee profiles, so there is no need to capture data twice.
Profiles can be displayed in a grid format or a directory format and you can update button colors to perfectly match your teaching website.
Prospective customers want to know that they/their children will be in good hands. Providing them with more information about each teacher’s track record will put their mind at ease and make it more likely for them to sign up for your services.

Our Website Booking Plugin makes it easy for new and existing customers to book lessons, join classes or enroll in courses directly from your teaching website. If it’s a new customer, a corresponding profile will be created in Teachworks automatically based on the information they enter on the booking form.
You can easily customize the booking button to ensure that it’s consistent with your website’s branding.
Option 1: Book a Lesson
The “Book a Lesson” option lets customers book lessons with their preferred teacher within the teacher’s available time. When the customer submits their booking, a new lesson is added to the calendar automatically, reducing the amount of admin required by your staff.
From a customer’s perspective, the booking process works like this: Choose a Class > Choose a Teacher > Choose a Time Slot > Enter Details > Submit the booking.

Option 2: Join Open Classes
With this option enabled, you can add open classes to the Teachworks calendar and have them display on the Website Booking Plugin. A “Join” button displays next to each class and customers can simply click on the relevant class to join.
Results can be filtered by date, teacher or keyword (such as “Math” for example).

Option 3: Join Courses
This feature is similar to the “Join a Class” option and works with repeating lessons. You can allow students to join single lessons within a repeating series, or you can allow them to join all lessons within a repeating series.

Once you’ve added a custom form for student/family enrollments or employee applications, a unique URL is created for each form. You can use this URL on your website as a text link or button, or you can send it directly to prospective customers/employees through email. The form can also be embedded in an IFrame.
“Prospective” profiles are created automatically based on the information entered. If there’s specific information you require from customers/employees, you can expand the form with custom profile fields: Custom Profile Fields Add-On.
Teachworks Demo: Custom Forms
This add-on allows you to add an inquiry form to your website to give clients an easy way to contact you.
The button color and text is fully customizable and you can also update the form title, placeholder text, and success message.
Teachworks Demo: Inquiry Forms
This add-on lets you add a login form directly to your teaching website. Clients and employees can use this to quickly access their personalized Teachworks account. You can customize the appearance of the login form to match your brand and website design by playing around with the button color, button text color and link color.
Once you’re happy with the appearance of the login form, you can copy the “Login Form Script” into your website code where you want the login form to appear.
