New Add-On – Custom Invoice Email Templates
New addition to Teachworks Add-Ons!
Now you will be able to save and manage multiple invoice email templates from the “Custom Invoice Email Templates Add-On”. This update is now available on your Teachworks account, you can start creating and personalizing different templates for different scenarios today. For example, you can have a template for a first invoice, reminder invoice, updated invoice and more!
To enable this Add-On simply go to Account & Settings > Integrations & Add-Ons > Scroll down to “Custom Invoice Emails” > Click “Enable” > Create your templates.
You can personalize the message and include important information by using any of the merge tags from the listed on the template.
You can select a custom invoice email template when you approve and send multiple invoices at once. Simply click in the box next to the invoice number and click on “Set Email Type” to select a template. You can also choose a template when resending an edited invoice, or when sending saved invoices by clicking the “Email” option next to “Invoice Options” at the top right corner of the invoice.
