New Feature – Schedule Confirmation Add-On
This new feature will allow you to keep your customers in-the-know at all times. How? By allowing you to send your customers a personalized email that includes a snapshot of all their scheduled lessons for a selected period of time. The new Schedule Confirmation Add-On was created to help you improve communication and lower class cancellations. After enabling the add-on, you can send confirmation emails to you customers in 3 easy steps:
Step 1 – Select the customers you wish to send the schedule notifications to
You can choose to send the confirmation email to all, or only a few of your customers. There are 3 categories to choose from: Families, Independent Students, and Child Students. You can select to send the message to all simultaneously or only to a selected number customers.
Step 2 – Select the schedule confirmation period
You can choose to include all the lessons for the following week, following month, or even just a reminder for the next day it is fully customizable to your needs.
Step 3 – Modify the confirmation message
You are able to modify and save the email template for future use. Take advantage of all the merge tags included to personalize your message and include the information about the lesson you wish to share with your customers.
As all of our new features, this feature is also included in your Teachworks subscription and you can start using the add-on at any time. Note: If you select “All Customers” when setting up the schedule confirmation email, the system will automatically skip customers who do not have any lessons scheduled.
