Credit Card Field Added to Student Enrollment Form
The latest feature addition to Teachworks is the ability to collect customer’s credit card information directly from the student enrollment form. In order to use this feature, your Stripe integration must be enabled.
Previously, you needed to contact the customer to get billing information. This feature will help you save time and automate your student’s enrollment, by allowing them to provide their credit card information when enrolling as a new customer. This is an optional field, so you can choose which forms you wish to add the credit card field to.
To add a credit card field go to Account Settings > Integrations & Add-ons > Custom Enrolment Forms.
You can choose to add the field to an existing form or create a new student enrollment form.
To add to an existing form click on “Manage” then click the edit icon for the form for which you wish to add the field. Scroll down and click on “Add Row” then select the “Stripe Integration – Credit Card Field”.
